GP Practice Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a GP Practice Operations Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our GP practices, located across Bromley & Orpington, Kent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administration of staff and practice work systems
  • Focus on CQC compliance, systems for QOF and enhanced services work
  • Monitoring and reviewing patient satisfaction to improve service quality

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of leadership and managing re-design and organisational change
  • Delivering against set objectives and achieving key organisational targets
  • Sound knowledge of governance and risk
  • Proven IT skills and previous NHS experience in Primary Care
