Job Title: Call Centre Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Call Centre Representative to join our team at Tuckers Solicitors. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling a high volume of calls, and working closely with our paralegal team to ensure efficient and streamlined client care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer and respond to client calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Provide accurate and timely information to clients regarding our services and processes
  • Identify and prioritize urgent calls, ensuring they are handled swiftly and appropriately
  • Maintain confidentiality of all client information and adhere to our data protection policies
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including mail handling and payment processing
Requirements:
