Job Title: Call Centre Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Call Centre Representative to join our team at Tuckers Solicitors. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling a high volume of calls, and working closely with our paralegal team to ensure efficient and streamlined client care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients via phone, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
  • Handle a high volume of calls, prioritizing urgent matters and resolving client queries and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
  • Work closely with the paralegal team to streamline and triage client calls, ensuring efficient and effective client care.
  • Rotate with other staff on front-of-house presence for the Manchester office, greeting clients and providing a warm welcome.
  • Provide administrative support to other departments within the firm, including the operational management team, as required.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong track record of providing exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple calls simultaneously.
  • IT literate, with proficiency in using Microsoft Office software and ability to learn new applications quickly.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to undertake any required training.
