Job Title: Complex Needs Practitioner - Vaping Prevention

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Complex Needs Practitioner to join our team in Northampton. The successful candidate will have significant experience of individual client work in an addictions or social care setting, a good understanding of gambling, substance misuse, and related health issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver accredited training to education professionals
  • Run interactive workshops with young people
  • Deliver face-to-face and virtual awareness sessions with parents/carers
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the ongoing improvement and success of the programme

Requirements:

  • Professional qualification in health/social/youth and community care or experience of working in the addictions field
  • Commitment to complete NVQ Level 3 Health and Social Care or equivalent
  • Proven experience of liaising with voluntary and statutory agencies and working with health professionals
  • Engaging effectively with clients
  • Familiarity with primary, secondary, and outreach settings
