HR Payroll Administrator

The Payroll Specialist will be responsible for supporting the Group Payroll Manager in processing payroll for all companies within the Group, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Critical tasks include collating and processing overtime and other payroll data each month, managing annual pay reviews, handling starters, leavers, and pro-rata payments, performing payroll calculations, and assisting with benefits payroll calculations.
The ideal candidate will also be responsible for responding to employee and auditor queries on payroll, expenses, and benefits, managing employee benefit programs, and keeping employee records up to date.
Essential Skills:- Prior experience in payroll administration with knowledge of UK payroll processes and legislation.
- Strong numeracy skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
- A high level of discretion, confidentiality, and the ability to communicate effectively.
