We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Support Workers at Community Integrated Care. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with mental health needs and learning disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Providing individualized care and support to service users with mental health needs and learning disabilities
- Assisting with daily living tasks, such as personal care and medication management
- Supporting service users to engage in activities and hobbies that promote their physical and emotional wellbeing
- Working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
- Providing emotional support and guidance to service users and their families
Requirements:
- Experience working in a care or support role, preferably in a mental health or learning disability setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Commitment to delivering high-quality care and support
