Billing Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced Billing Manager to join our team at Huntress, a leading international company in the Redhill Area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage NIBS systems to provide orders, customer accounts, billing profiles and rates.
  • Process activations, deactivation, changes of packages and early terminations.
  • Oversee the monthly billing cycles, including providing requests, resolving errors, running invoice processing and invoice validity.
  • Develop and implement analytical reporting.
  • Approve and sign off invoices.
  • Provide training and support to the team regarding the system and airtime modules.
  • Work closely with the team to ensure seamless billing operations.
