A Glasgow-based company is looking to hire a Sales Development Representative to join its sales team. The role involves generating and qualifying leads, setting up appointments, and supporting the early stages of the sales process. Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential business opportunities through cold calling and social media outreach.
  • Prospect Engagement: Understand client needs and effectively communicate the benefits of the company's solutions.
  • Appointment Setting: Arrange meetings for Business Sales Consultants, ensuring a smooth transition from lead qualification to sales.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align on lead generation goals.
  • Performance Tracking: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets, with the potential for rapid promotion based on results.
