About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Audiologist to join our team at Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust. As an Audiologist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to patients with hearing and balance disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Fitting and maintaining digital hearing aids, including Bluetooth-compatible devices
  • Conducting comprehensive hearing assessments for adults with reported hearing difficulties
  • Providing support to cover adult and pediatric ENT clinics
  • Using outcome questionnaires to review patient hearing needs and develop personalized care plans
  • Performing hearing aid follow-ups, both over the phone and in person
  • Contributing to service development work and departmental audits to ensure the highest standards of care
  • Providing training and support to our PTP and BSc students within the department

Requirements
  • Hold a BSc in Audiology or a related field, with a Certificate of Clinical Competence and BAAT Pt I & II
  • Have at least one of the following registrations: RCCP, HCPC, AHCS
  • Experience working in an NHS or hospital setting, providing basic-level diagnostic and rehabilitative care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, colleagues, and other stakeholders
