About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at ARDEX UK. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in Scotland.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Performance: Achieve annual sales targets and goals for the defined sales area, working closely with the Head of Flooring to establish and meet targets.
  • Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, including manufacturers, specifiers, distributors, and contractors, to promote the use of ARDEX products and provide local technical sales support.
  • Market Intelligence: Provide weekly market intelligence reports, highlighting commentary and feedback from the sales area, to inform business decisions and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including trade exhibitions, events, and product demonstrations, to drive sales growth and expand our customer base.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to share best practices, provide support, and collaborate on sales initiatives to achieve business objectives.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular sales reports and analysis to the Head of Flooring, highlighting sales performance, market trends, and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education and Qualifications: Good general levels of education and qualifications in line with the job function.
  • Communication and Organizational Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong understanding of sales software and systems.
