Job Title: General Manager

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to join our team at Recra Consulting. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading our operations and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize productivity and efficiency.
  • Lead and manage a team of employees to achieve sales, profitability, and business plan objectives.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, including assigning tasks and ensuring timely completion.
  • Recruit, onboard, and train high-performing employees to meet business needs.
  • Maintain project timelines and ensure tasks are accomplished on time.
  • Develop and implement budgetary and resource allocation plans.
  • Delegate responsibilities to team members and enforce company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in the fabrication/sheet metal industry.
  • Strong decision-making capabilities and above-average communication, collaboration, and delegation skills.
  • Ability to motivate and lead people, and hold employees accountable.
  • Strong working knowledge of operational procedures and human resources processes.
  • Bachelor's degree in business management or related field.
