About the Role

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to join our team at Elegant Clutter Ltd. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the day-to-day operations of our Coventry office, ensuring seamless delivery of customer service, training, and production.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive business growth and identify new opportunities.
  • Manage employee performance, conduct regular reviews, and address HR issues in a timely manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, ensuring our company remains competitive and innovative.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the logistics and software industry.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong HR skills, including employee performance management and conflict resolution.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to change, and lead by example.
  • Experience in budget development and oversight, as well as trade show management and marketing coordination.
  • Strong leadership skills, with a vision for driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.
