Job Overview

University Hospitals Dorset is seeking a highly skilled Consultant in Restorative Dentistry to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to make a significant impact in the delivery of restorative dentistry services for patients across Dorset.

Main Responsibilities
  • Deliver clinical excellence in Restorative Dentistry, ensuring the highest possible standard of diagnosis, treatment, and care for patients.
  • Collaborate with colleagues from within and outside the Trust to provide a specialty service to the Trust, supporting and supervising members of the multidisciplinary teams.
  • Lead on development plans and delivery of key performance indicators for Restorative Dentistry, ensuring effective communication and working relationships with medical, scientific, management, technical, and nursing staff.
  • Supervise, train, and advise junior medical and dental staff to ensure high standards of clinical practice and efficient use of resources.
