Job Overview

Main Responsibilities
  • Deliver clinical excellence in Restorative Dentistry, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and treatment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues from within and outside the Trust to provide a comprehensive and integrated service.
  • Provide clinical expertise and supervision to junior medical and dental staff, promoting high standards of clinical practice and efficient use of resources.
  • Lead on development plans and delivery of key performance indicators for Restorative Dentistry, driving continuous improvement and excellence.
  • Maintain effective communication and working relationships with medical, scientific, management, technical, and nursing staff, ensuring seamless collaboration and coordination.
