As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for enhancing the visibility, brand equity, and fan engagement of our sports teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns that showcase our team sports portfolio and align with our business objectives.
  • Lead the conceptualization and execution of innovative marketing initiatives that capture the essence of our teams and engage fans.
  • Negotiate team agreements and contracts, including performance expectations and goals.
  • Work with athletes and partners to create additional outcomes and opportunities to extend the product and brand message.
  • Provide regular reports and insights into team performance.
  • Plan and execute game day promotions, in-stadium activities, and special events that enhance the fan experience.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of events and promotions to inform future strategies.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in marketing for professional sports teams, particularly in football.
  • Strong influencing skills to engage key stakeholders across a broad range of sports.
  • Collaborative attitude and strong passion for the brand.
  • Exceptional communication skills, including training and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to actively seek out new opportunities for the Red Bull brand.
  • Excellent budget management skills.
  • Proven track record of planning and project management competencies.
  • Adaptability - the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
