Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sports Marketing Manager to join our team at Red Bull UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving and managing our Athlete Marketing program, demonstrating the functional benefits of our products to sports-interested consumers via a world-class athlete team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sports marketing, including experience in athlete and events marketing. They will be able to influence key stakeholders in a broad range of sports and have a collaborative attitude with a strong brand passion.

The role will involve managing a broad portfolio of existing Red Bull UK athletes, finding new talent, and onboard new athletes and their teams in line with our Athlete marketing philosophy. The successful candidate will also be responsible for creating projects with our athletes, setting individual athlete goals and targets, and ensuring understanding of product efficacy and communication around the product output is clear and visible.

The Sports Marketing Manager will work closely with the Head of Athlete and other sports and marketing team members to deliver and input into the Athlete Marketing Strategy as directed. They will also be responsible for creating a well-rounded 365 plan for the athletes, including marketing activities, communication, and performance, and contributing to the annual Business planning cycle.

The ideal candidate will have excellent budget management skills, attention to detail, and a strong social media understanding. They will also be able to actively seek out new opportunities for the Red Bull brand and have an entrepreneurial spirit with a focus on results and consumers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a broad portfolio of existing Red Bull UK athletes
  • Find new talent and onboard new athletes and their teams
