As a Front Line Manager, you will play a critical role in the successful delivery of our 1.3 million meter programme, which is essential to the region's future supply needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and supervise team safety and performance
  • Work closely with highway inspectors, traffic management, supervisors, and client teams
  • Undertake onsite SHEQ audits
  • Manage plant and equipment
  • Communicate SHEQ and performance to the teams
  • Provide reports to the project manager as required

Requirements

  • Understanding of cost/value commercials
  • Current driving license (essential for this role)
  • Knowledge and experience of the Utilities industry
  • Qualified Supervisor in NRSWA
  • Comprehensive IT abilities, including MS Suite
  • Water Quality accreditation
