The Role

As a passionate leader, you will be on the front line, delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a fantastic first and last impression to our guests. You will motivate and support your team to meet financial goals and maintain a smooth department operation. High standards for guest experience and brand standards are expected, and you will take ownership and pride in your work.

Key Responsibilities

Provide top-quality customer service
Coach and train team members
Support the day-to-day running of the reception
Be the first point of contact for our guests
Check guests in and out, process payments
Maintain excellent knowledge of hotel facilities and services
Maximize revenues and achieve financial targets
Deliver brand standards
Perform administration and technology tasks
Be available to work when the team and customer needs you

Hotel Description

A sleek, urban hideout nestled directly in the heart of the city, Crowne Plaza Leeds is an ideal meeting spot for international travelers via the nearby Leeds Bradford airport, with excellent rail and motorway links across the North. The hotel offers 7 event spaces and can accommodate up to 200 guests in its conference center, with a large breakout space and outdoor terrace for downtime. Fitness and wellness facilities ensure guests can maintain their routine and unwind after business.
