About the Role:


We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care and Support Professional to join our team at Meallmore, Hilton Court. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, promoting independence and well-being.


Key Responsibilities:



  • To deliver person-centred care and support in accordance with individual care plans.
  • To create a welcoming and supportive environment, encouraging resident participation in activities.
  • To work collaboratively with the care team to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained.
  • To adhere to Meallmore's standards, policies, and procedures, as well as national care standards.
  • To maintain clear communication with residents, families, and colleagues.

Desirable Skills:



  • Qualifications in Health and Social Care, such as SVQ level 2 or above.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A kind and caring nature, with a commitment to delivering person-centred care.
