The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the M&A Director and team, leading a talented team of two Project Managers to deliver and integrate corporate acquisitions seamlessly. The Opportunity

As the Senior Programme Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a Programme Management team of two Project Managers.
  • Project Planning & Execution: Create detailed project plans for acquisitions, assigning priorities, owners, and deadlines.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with M&A, HR, Operations, Finance, IT, Governance, and Regional teams to drive acquisition and integration success.
  • Project Governance: Lead internal and vendor project calls, maintain risk registers, and oversee critical documents like integration plans and contracts.
  • Data Management: Oversee control of data rooms, ensuring all documents are reviewed, allocated, and tracked.
  • Completion Oversight: Ensure all acquisition activities are signed off pre-completion and facilitate clear handovers for post-acquisition tasks.

About You

We're looking for a results-driven professional with:

  • Proven experience in programme/project management, ideally in M&A or corporate acquisitions.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
  • Exceptional organisational and stakeholder management skills.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail.
  • Experience in estate agency, real estate, or private equity-backed businesses is a plus.
