Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our team. As the primary contact for your accounts, you will manage a portfolio of merchant / advertiser / brand accounts, fostering strong client relationships and driving revenue growth. Your collaboration with various teams will ensure client success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Account Management: Manage a portfolio of merchant / advertiser / brand accounts.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Finance, Sales, Product, and Operations teams to deliver exceptional service.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track account performance, analyze data, and provide clients with insights.
  • Networking: Establish strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year (depending on location and experience).

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need 2-3 years of experience in customer success or account management in advertising or e-commerce. You must be fluent in French and English (business level) and have a strong understanding of e-commerce, digital advertising, and performance marketing. Additionally, you should be proficient in CRM systems, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office.
