At EFG, we are seeking a highly skilled Advertising Revenue Planner to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our Advertising team, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by fostering strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.

In this role, you will be responsible for creating and executing comprehensive digital media plans that align with client objectives, maximize advertising impact, and drive revenue growth. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with sales teams to understand client objectives and develop effective digital media plans
  • Ensuring campaigns align with client objectives, industry trends, and best practices
  • Utilizing various channels and formats, such as video pre-roll, mid-roll, display, and social media, to create bespoke media strategies
  • Identifying opportunities for new ways to monetize audiences and inventory
  • Partnering with commercial operations teams to price and package new audiences and inventory as they become available
  • Effectively managing inventory to ensure the right balance between direct and indirect sales
  • Supporting sales plans with 1P & 3P research and data
  • Building custom presentations

Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in digital media planning, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. You will also possess excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to solve complex problems for internal teams and customers.

You will work closely with sales and account management teams to ensure campaigns meet performance goals and help build reporting. Additionally, you will maintain the highest standards of hygiene within CRM systems.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in digital media planning with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role
  • Knowledge of digital media platforms, advertising technologies, and industry trends
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to solve complex problems
  • Experience working with ad server systems (GAM) and syndicated survey studies
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
