Job Overview

We are seeking a qualified educator to deliver high-quality training and assessment in the Health and Social Care sector. As a specialist educator, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance to learners.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Deliver high-quality training and assessment to learners in accordance with relevant awarding body criteria.
  2. Conduct assessments at learners' workplaces, providing support as needed.
  3. Collaborate with colleagues to achieve set performance targets.
  4. Maintain accurate records of clients' progress towards set goals.
Essential Requirements
  1. Possess relevant teaching qualifications and experience in Health and Social Care delivery.
  2. Demonstrate proven occupational experience and technical competence in Health and Social Care.
  3. Hold a full driving license and access to a vehicle.
  4. Able to undergo a DBS check and EWC registration.
