The Transformation Unit at Kettering General Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced nurse to fill the position of Deputy Sister/Charge Nurse in our busy Ophthalmology Department.
About the JobWe are looking for a nurse who has a strong background in ophthalmic nursing and is able to lead our team with confidence. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to work autonomously, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
The salary for this position is estimated to be around £42,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Main Responsibilities- Provide leadership and guidance to junior nurses
- Develop and maintain accurate records and reports
