Office Administrator Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to oversee the day-to-day operations of our office. This role requires a practical individual with excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

Office Operations:
  • Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Oversee office maintenance and ensure a clean and safe working environment.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office needs.

Administrative Support:
  • Provide administrative support to senior management.
  • Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle correspondence, including emails and mail.

Team Coordination:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for office staff and external stakeholders.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration.

Customer Contact/Order Fulfilment:
  • Making outbound customer calls on CRM.
  • Ensuring orders are shipped in a timely and efficient manner.

Compliance and Policies:
  • Ensure office operations comply with company policies and procedures.
  • Implement and enforce office policies and procedures.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

The Ideal Candidate:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in office management or a similar role. Required skills include excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, strong communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate will be proactive, self-motivated, and able to handle sensitive information with discretion.
