High-Performing Sales Director

The Growth Consultants are seeking a skilled Commercial Vehicle Sales Leader to join our team. As a key member of our commercial vehicle sales team, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth and market expansion within the UK's commercial vehicle industry.
In this challenging and rewarding role, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Leading and motivating a high-performing sales team
- Building strong relationships with key clients and partners
- Managing the sales pipeline and ensuring a continuous flow of leads and opportunities
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the commercial vehicle industry, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Our competitive salary package includes a Full UK Driving Licence, Company Vehicle, and Flexible Working arrangements.
