High Performing Sales Team Lead

We are looking for an experienced High Performing Sales Team Lead to join our team at The Growth Consultants. As a key member of our commercial vehicle sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a high-performing sales team, and building relationships with key clients and partners.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in commercial vehicle sales or leasing, strong leadership and people management skills, and the ability to analyse sales metrics and adjust strategies accordingly. They will also have experience with CRM tools and sales pipeline management software.
This role offers a competitive basic salary of £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, uncapped earning potential, a company vehicle, flexible working hours, and a Full UK Driving licence. The successful candidate will also have access to training and development opportunities to help them grow in their career.
Key responsibilities include:
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Team Leadership & Development: Lead, coach, expand, and motivate a high-performing sales team.
- Sales Forecasting & Reporting: Monitor sales performance, analyse data, and prepare accurate forecasts.
- Pipeline Management: Oversee and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring a continuous flow of leads and opportunities.
