Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Education Support Professional to join our team in Chesterfield. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students in their academic and emotional development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the implementation of individual education plans for students.
  • Support students in their academic and emotional development, providing guidance and encouragement.
  • Collaborate with teachers and therapists to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Help to manage behaviour and provide pastoral care to students as needed.

Requirements:

  • Full UK Driving License with access to a car.
  • Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant is essential.
  • A caring and patient approach towards working with students facing challenges.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Relevant qualifications in education or childcare would be beneficial.
