Insurance Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Account Executive to join our team at Switch Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to a portfolio of clients, including managing the day-to-day needs and demands of client schemes.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide a first-class administration service to clients, including executing the renewal process for healthcare and PMI client schemes.
- Manage client relationships, communicate effectively with clients, providers, and colleagues.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Group Healthcare, Group PMI, Group Risk, and Group Life schemes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent client service and achieve business objectives.
- Proven experience in Group Healthcare, Group PMI, Group Risk, or Group Life schemes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Professional qualifications, such as GR1 or IF7, are desirable but not essential.
