Insurance Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Account Executive to join our team at Switch Recruitment. As an Insurance Account Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, managing their day-to-day needs, and maintaining relationships with clients, providers, and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of clients, providing a first-class administration service, including executing the renewal process for healthcare and PMI client schemes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providers, and colleagues to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and excellent client outcomes.
- Proven experience in Group Healthcare, Group PMI, Group Risk, or Group Life schemes within a provider, life office, consultancy, or broking background.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
- Professional qualifications, such as GR1 or IF7, are desirable but not essential.
