Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop personalized safety plans for individuals at risk of domestic abuse, utilizing evidence-based tools and methodologies.
  • Provide advocacy and support to clients seeking to address their abusive behavior, fostering a collaborative and non-judgmental environment.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and effective case management.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with community partners and external agencies to enhance service provision and promote best practices.
  • Key Performance Indicators:
    • Successful completion of risk assessments and safety plans.
    • Client satisfaction and engagement rates.
    • Collaboration and partnership development with community agencies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in domestic abuse prevention and intervention.
  • Strong understanding of risk assessment and safety planning principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
