Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to join our team at SRG. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing projects related to quality governance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Management
    • Develop and implement project plans to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
    • Coordinate and manage project resources, including team members, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Quality Governance
    • Ensure compliance with departmental policies and procedures related to quality governance.
    • Develop and implement quality governance frameworks and processes.
  • Communication and Coordination
    • Develop and maintain effective communication and coordination with team members, stakeholders, and vendors.
    • Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • IT and Technical Skills
    • Develop and maintain expertise in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint.
    • Develop and maintain expertise in relevant applications and systems, including Teams, CoPilot, Forms, and Power Automate.

Requirements

  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in a senior secretarial or administrative role.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Excellent project management skills and experience.
    • Extensive experience in relevant senior secretarial or administrative role.
    • Comprehensive knowledge of departmental policies and procedures.
    • Good judgment and ability to work with confidential documents and information.
    • Outstanding IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office products.
