Medical Quality Governance Project Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Quality Governance Project Coordinator to join our team at SRG. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and governance in our projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Utilize your excellent project management skills and experience to lead and coordinate projects from initiation to completion.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all projects meet the highest standards of quality and compliance, and that all necessary procedures and protocols are followed.
- Governance: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our organization's governance policies and procedures, and ensure that all projects are aligned with these standards.
- Communication: Demonstrate excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to respond professionally in verbal and written communications.
- Compliance: Ensure that all projects are compliant with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- IT Skills: Possess outstanding IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office products, as well as experience with relevant applications and systems.
Requirements:
- Education: May have a qualification at 'higher education' level.
- Experience: Extensive experience in relevant senior secretarial or administrative role.
- Skills: Comprehensive knowledge of departmental policies and procedures, excellent judgment, and the ability to work with confidential documents and information.
