Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide top-notch customer service, handling all customer inquiries with a positive attitude.
  • Collaborate with the trade counter team to ensure seamless customer interactions.
  • Process customer collections and returns efficiently.
  • Resolve customer delivery issues promptly.
  • Contribute to customer success improvements by voicing innovative ideas.
  • Support account managers with quote processing and PO creation.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, escalating complaints to senior managers when necessary.
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing or administration role.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
