Lead Our Community Services Team

We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking woman to join our Senior Management Team as Head of Community Services. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of Brighton Women's Centre and driving our mission to improve the lives of women living with multiple disadvantages.

About the Role

This is a part-time position, working Monday to Friday, with a focus on leading our community services team. You will be responsible for managing contracts, developing new projects and services, and contributing to the long-term sustainability of our organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the community services team to deliver high-quality services and achieve our operational objectives.
  • Develop and implement new projects and services that align with our strategic objectives and improve the lives of women living with multiple disadvantages.
  • Manage contracts and ensure effective delivery of services to our clients.
  • Contribute to the development of our organisation's strategic plan and ensure alignment with our mission and values.
  • Collaborate with our Director and Senior Management Team to drive organisational change and improvement.
