About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Quality to join our team at Custom Pharma Services. As a key member of our Senior Leadership Team, you will be responsible for leading our QA and Analytical Service functions, ensuring compliance with UK, European, and international GMP regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor the quality performance of the business against agreed targets.
  • Lead regulatory authority audits and support regulatory submissions.
  • Ensure a robust and phase-appropriate Quality Management System (QMS) is in place.
  • Manage the activities of the company's QPs, QA, and Analytical Services teams.
  • Liaise with clients and their quality and compliance executives to ensure strong relationships and customer service.

Requirements

  • Experience in a similar role, at senior management level, in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, including staff management and team building.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to critically evaluate and troubleshoot complex problems.
