We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused individual to provide exceptional administrative support to our team in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk.

About the Role:

As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality support to our clients and colleagues, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and contributing to the success of our Dispute Resolution team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Dispute Resolution team, including preparing documents, managing files, and coordinating meetings.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records, databases, and spreadsheets.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative processes and procedures, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a legal or dispute resolution environment.
