Salary:£22,000 - £26,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Job Description:We are seeking a highly motivated Child Development Support Worker to join our team. As an Early Years Practitioner or Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in creating a positive and inclusive atmosphere that fosters curiosity, creativity, and confidence in our children.
- Support young children's learning and development through engaging activities
- Collaborate with team members to create a supportive environment
- Establish strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Conduct observations and assessments to monitor children's progress
- Maintain a safe, clean, and inclusive learning environment
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years
- Excellent communication skills and a caring approach
- Flexibility and adaptability in responding to the pre-school setting's needs
