Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Child Development Support Worker to join our team. As an Early Years Practitioner or Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in creating a positive and inclusive atmosphere that fosters curiosity, creativity, and confidence in our children.

  • Support young children's learning and development through engaging activities
  • Collaborate with team members to create a supportive environment
  • Establish strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Conduct observations and assessments to monitor children's progress
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and inclusive learning environment
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years
  • Excellent communication skills and a caring approach
  • Flexibility and adaptability in responding to the pre-school setting's needs
