Job Responsibilities:
- Manage financial services provided from the finance shared services teams
- Establish targets and service review processes to ensure operational efficiency
- Oversee service governance and change control processes to maintain high-quality services
- Collaborate with stakeholders and finance shared services teams to drive business outcomes
Requirements:
- Stakeholder management skills in complex environments to build strong relationships
- Strong understanding of financial processes and procedures to drive business efficiency
- Experience in process mapping and documentation to improve operational effectiveness
- Worked in operational environments focusing on service governance to ensure high-quality services
