Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Resident Welfare Officer to join our team at Mears Group.

The successful candidate will have experience of working in a similar based role, with demonstrable ability to deliver welfare and support services to vulnerable individuals.

Salary: £28,350pa + company car.

About the Role

  • Deliver welfare and support services to service users, ensuring full contractual compliance and successful outcomes of all Key Performance Indicators and service delivery targets.
  • Manage and mitigate service user well-being risk and escalation in line with policy and procedure.
  • Deliver performance and service reporting as requested by line manager, escalating all risks and concerns to ensure full resolution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively with Housing Managers to deliver a seamless service in meeting the individual and property needs of all our service users.
  • Maintain boundaries and be resilient to ensure a professional and well-defined service is provided to meet the needs of the service users.

Requirements

  • Experience of working in a similar based role.
  • Experience of working with vulnerable and diverse client groups.
  • Full UK Driving License.
