We are seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate Nightcare Assistant to join our team at Prime Life Limited. In this fulfilling position, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support to our residents during nighttime hours.

Your primary duties will include assisting residents with their personal care, completing routine welfare checks, and promoting independence among residents. You will also provide emotional support and companionship to our residents, helping them to feel valued and respected.

Salary: £11,920 - £13,260 per annum (dependent on qualifications)

1. Assist residents with personal care and hygiene during nighttime hours
2. Complete regular welfare checks to ensure resident safety and well-being
3. Support residents to maintain their independence and mobility
4. Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
5. Maintain accurate records and documentation
