Girlswear Graphic Designer

The Girlswear Graphic & Print Designer is a key member of our in-house design team, responsible for creating strong apparel print designs that translate into commercial products. This role requires a high level of creativity, commercial awareness, and technical skills.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop print and graphic designs for girlswear products
- Collaborate with the Senior Technical Designer and wider design team to ensure designs meet customer requirements
- Prepare and contribute to customer meetings, collecting samples and developing ranges of shape, print, and graphic design
- Work with production to ensure all products are designed and manufactured in line with customer direction and critical path
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, customers, and third parties based in the Far East and Europe
- Experience in high-street fashion design across girlswear
- Commercial awareness of current trends and themes
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Garment technical knowledge and ability to generate detailed tech packs
- Driven and results-oriented with a proactive, positive attitude

What We Offer- Competitive salary

- Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week
- Hybrid working arrangement, with 3 days in the office
- Based in London, White City, West London
