Girlswear Graphic Designer

The Girlswear Graphic & Print Designer is a key member of our in-house design team, responsible for creating strong apparel print designs that translate into commercial products. This role requires a high level of creativity, commercial awareness, and technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop print and graphic designs for girlswear products
- Collaborate with the Senior Technical Designer and wider design team to ensure designs meet customer requirements
- Prepare and contribute to customer meetings, collecting samples and developing ranges of shape, print, and graphic design
- Stay up-to-date with current trends and themes, developing the brand and working with production to ensure all products are designed and manufactured in line with the customers' direction and critical path
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and customers at all levels, including customers and factories and third parties based in the Far East and Europe
- Experience in high-street fashion design across girlswear

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized, efficient, and able to work to tight deadlines
- Experience working within a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word & Excel), Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Ability to design shape and graphics, with a focus on graphics
- Garment technical knowledge and ability to generate detailed tech packs
- Driven and results-oriented
- Proactive, positive, and solutions-focused
- Educated to degree level, ideally in a qualification related to fashion design, business, or retail
