The Girlswear Graphic & Print Designer is a dynamic position that will support our in-house design team in creating innovative and commercial apparel print designs. This role will also involve preparing and contributing to customer meetings, collecting samples, and developing ranges of shape, print, and graphic design.
Key Responsibilities- Design strong apparel print designs that translate into commercial products
- Support the in-house design team in creating innovative and commercial apparel print designs
- Prepare and contribute to customer meetings, collecting samples, and developing ranges of shape, print, and graphic design
- Collaborate with production to ensure all products are designed and manufactured in line with the customers' direction and critical path within tight deadlines
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and customers at all levels, including customers and factories and third parties based in the Far East and Europe
- Work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word & Excel), Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Ability to design shape and graphics with a focus on graphics
- Garment technical knowledge and ability to generate detailed tech packs
- Driven and results-oriented
- Proactive, positive, and solutions-focused
