About the Opportunity:

This role offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated and passionate individual to shape and advance health and safety standards while assuming full ownership of safety protocols. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing health and safety policies, conducting risk assessments, and providing comprehensive training to employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures aligned with legal requirements and industry best practices.
  • Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and hazard identification to mitigate risks.
  • Provide comprehensive training to employees on health and safety policies.
  • Investigate and report on accidents, incidents, and near misses.
