At Raytheon Technologies, we are seeking a talented Manufacturing Engineering Apprentice Specialist to join our team. This role is part of our exciting journey of transformation, aimed at continually growing and developing emerging talent across the organisation.

This position offers the opportunity to transform learners into 21st-century engineers with advanced intellectual and professional skills.

The Manufacturing Engineering Degree Apprenticeship will equip apprentices with the necessary knowledge, skills, and behaviours to excel within manufacturing engineering environments.

We are looking for an individual who can help us innovate, enhance, and develop manufacturing engineering concepts, principles, and methodologies.

This includes assisting with providing effective support to new programs and emerging issues, as well as having responsibility for supporting production areas and delivering project work packages.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.

A commitment to attending college and work is essential, along with enthusiasm, drive, and a desire to succeed.

The successful candidate will also have a solid foundation in maths and science, preferably with relevant qualifications such as A Level Maths and relevant science grades B and above.

As a Manufacturing Engineering Apprentice Specialist, you will be expected to work collaboratively as part of a team, using your own initiative to drive success and achieve goals.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £30,000-£40,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
