Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the production of aerospace components using various manufacturing techniques.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with experienced technicians and engineers to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Participate in quality control and assurance activities to ensure high-quality products.

Requirements:

  • 5 GCSEs at 9-4/A*-C, including maths, English language, and science.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to attending college and work.

Training and Development:

  • Engineering Basic Skills training at In-Comm Training, Telford.
  • NVQ Level 3 and Technical Certificate (BTEC Diploma Level 3).
  • In-house training tailored to individual requirements.

Working Arrangements:

  • Year 1: Monday-Thursday 8:00-16:30, Friday 8:00-12:30.
  • Years 2-4: Monday-Friday 7:45-16:15.
