We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Craft and Welding Apprentice. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will receive comprehensive training in aerospace manufacturing, specializing in craft and welding skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the production of aerospace components using various manufacturing techniques.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and procedures.
- Work collaboratively with experienced technicians and engineers to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Participate in quality control and assurance activities to ensure high-quality products.
Requirements:
- 5 GCSEs at 9-4/A*-C, including maths, English language, and science.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to attending college and work.
Training and Development:
- Engineering Basic Skills training at In-Comm Training, Telford.
- NVQ Level 3 and Technical Certificate (BTEC Diploma Level 3).
- In-house training tailored to individual requirements.
Working Arrangements:
- Year 1: Monday-Thursday 8:00-16:30, Friday 8:00-12:30.
- Years 2-4: Monday-Friday 7:45-16:15.

- Enthusiasm, drive, and desire to succeed.
- Ability to use own initiative and be part of a team.
- Positive attitude and commitment to attending college and work.
