Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Production Service Delivery Manager to oversee the delivery of technical events services across EMEA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of events, managing a team of supervisors and technical production operations specialists, and driving process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of supervisors and technical production operations specialists to deliver high-quality technical events services.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
  • Identify and suggest service improvements to drive business growth.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in delivering AV and event services into similar organizations.
  • Proven track record in managing diverse, geographically dispersed teams and individuals.
  • Strong presentation skills and experience delivering to senior stakeholders.
  • Financial and budgeting experience, for analysis and reporting.
