Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Events Service Delivery Manager to join our team in EMEA. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients, ensuring seamless execution of technical events, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of technical professionals to deliver high-quality events and services to clients.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Manage budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure successful event execution.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in delivering AV and event services into similar organizations.
  • Proven track record of managing diverse, geographically dispersed teams and individuals.
  • Strong presentation skills and experience delivering to senior stakeholders.
  • Financial and budgeting experience, for analysis and reporting.
  • Thrives in working at a fast-paced, high-growth environment with constant change.
