We are seeking an Office Support Specialist to work at our Newcastle Civil and Family court office.

Job Summary

This is a full-time opportunity to provide administrative support in a dynamic team environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and updating records on our in-house computer system, requiring fast and accurate data inputting skills.

The hourly rate for this position is £11.59 per hour.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Create and update records on our in-house computer system.
  • Perform general office administrative duties as reasonably requested by line management.
Requirements:
  • Strong general IT skills, including proficiency in Word and Excel software.
  • A minimum of 5 GCSEs, including mathematics and English, or equivalent qualifications.
Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday, working 37 hours per week.
